Eric, Clay, and Bryon did an outstanding job today, the hottest day of the year so far. First, Eric arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He assessed my problem and after a short troubleshooting period he was able to determine I had a possibility broken connection from the street power box to my main panel. He gave me an estimate for further troubleshooting and possible repair. He left and returned after acquiring test equipment and two additional personnel to assist. Luckily after some testing and digging a broken wire was found. The wire was repaired and power restored. AC and power restored just in time before the house got really hot inside. I think the cost was exceptionally reasonable for the amount of time and labor. Job well done!! They are my “First Choice” in future electrical needs.
