I have never been told no to a time off request since I have been working here. Something else that this company has to offer is making sure you have the proper tools and equipment to the job safely and efficiently and if you don’t have something on your truck that you need or think will make your work more efficient the owner is good at addressing your needs and making sure you get what you need in a timely manner.
