All the technicians are very, professional, polite, helpful and answered any questions that I had about the process of performing a panel upgrade from100 -->200 and installing a whole house generator. They oversaw the whole process from permits, to making certain all the proper parties were involved for the project, inspection with the building inspector and testing the generator. They were in contact to verify availability to access the house and yard and responded quickly to text responses as well as phone calls. We opted to join the rewards program which helped reduce the bill and which allows us to have them back to perform any maintenance and well checks on the generator as well as other perks. I truly can't say enough positive things about Quality Electric and their level of expertise and overall business model. They made what I thought was going to be a nightmare to have the work done and manage everything to having the project completed in a short amount of time with very little involvement from me as the homeowner.
