I cannot say enough great things on these two elections!! Clay and Shawn were outstanding! Had a new breaker panel but in, no easy job for sure. Clay took the time to explain about the panel, how long I would be with power out, any question I had he explained it to me. Shawn did my two outlets out side and a motion sensor. Great job. On time . Courteous. The job was done in less time than I expected. If you want the job done right this is the place.Quality Electric. We lost power in our two bedrooms on the second floor. I checked the panel in the basement, all the breakers were good, nothing had tripped ( four months ago they installed the panel for me, amazing job).Gave Quality Electric a call, told them this was not a emergency but I needed there help. Quality Electric was here the next day. Troy checked the panel, all was good. One by one he checked the outlets in the two bedrooms, Troy said it has to be at the junction box, I knew there was one in the attic. Sure enough the electrical nuts over time had come loose. No power was getting to the two bedrooms. Problem solved!! I’am telling you Quality Electric is the best in the business. If you need work done this is the business to call…..

We have used Quality Electric for both large and small electrical jobs and and could not be happier with the work. Eric fully wired our new 32x40 garage, including a car lift. The Electrical was the only thing that the inspector had no comments on, passed on 1st inspection. Anything that we asked for he said no problem and made it happen. He will tell you if something will not work and why AND he will provide a solution as well.He has also wired our pool for us and added dimming lights in the dinning room. His attention to detail is by far the best we have seen. If you need any electrical work done, I would be calling Quality Electric.

It turned out that one of the parts on the bathroom ceiling fan that we had already purchased and they installed was defective. All the technicians are very, professional, polite, helpful and answered any questions that I had about the process of performing a panel upgrade from100 -->200 and installing a whole house generator. They oversaw the whole process from permits, to making certain all the proper parties were involved for the project, inspection with the building inspector and testing the generator. They were in contact to verify availability to access the house and yard and responded quickly to text responses as well as phone calls. We opted to join the rewards program which helped reduce the bill and which allows us to have them back to perform any maintenance and well checks on the generator as well as other perks. I truly can't say enough positive things about Quality Electric and their level of expertise and overall business model. They made what I thought was going to be a nightmare to have the work done and manage everything to having the project completed in a short amount of time with very little involvement from me as the homeowner.
